Returns Policy
We accept returns and exchanges of all unworn and unwashed products that are sold at full price within three weeks of delivery of your order.
- Orders must be returned to us within 21 days from date of delivery
- Items must be returned in their original condition. This means the garments must be unworn & unwashed and have no stains or strong odours.
- Sale items may only be exchanged.
- We do not cover the cost of the return postage. It is recommended to use a postage service with tracking as IzWoz is not liable for any packages lost in transit.
- All items are inspected upon arrival before we give you your refund or post you your exchange.
